Deborah Lopez

Hello, my name is Deborah Lopez, and I am currently serving as the operations analyst for ACS as of October of 2021.

I have 40 + years of customer service and administrative support experience, a few years of retails experience and back office medical support.

Fifteen of those years I worked for Shared Technologies as remote alarm technician. Shared Technologies was sold and acquired by Arrow Electronics, and then purchased by ConvergeOne.

In this time, I had several positions that include project management, shift supervisor for the call center, and asset management. I managed the overseas team in India and our team located in the USA and this team consisted of 52 members.

I have 10 years of logistics experience ranging from expedited air freight and long-haul trucking for BAX Global/Unishippers in Arizona and Arrow Freight based out of El Paso Texas.

I love my current role as I never have the same day twice. It is a unique and challenging position. I feel our company is making a difference and is impactful to the communities around us. When I am not working, I spend my time with my family and enjoying all life has to offer.
